There are two conditions needed to be understood regarding the account lockout condition. These are the two conditions:
- The account lockout period is 7 days. When this period is over, there will be an account deletion. In this condition, it's not possible to recover whatever configuration in that account. All license and existing configuration will be gone.
- If the payment is done during an active account lockout period, it will take a few hours to 2 days to unlock the organization account. All license and configuration will stay intact.
