Steve was born on December 30, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Bill H. Smith and Louise Wilkinson Smith. He worked hard and instilled the same ethic and dedication in his children. Ramiro Garza, was a wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather and uncle. Worth, Sister: Rosa Delgado of Aldama, Chih. She continued her education and became a CNA certified nurses assistant, and worked for Whisper wood nursing Home of Lubbock, and Levelland Nursing Home and Rehabilitations Center for couple of years.
